1. Admission Cancellation

1. Registration Fee is non-refundable, even if the admission is cancelled.

2. Refund Rules

1. No refund will be provided once the course has started.
2. If a fee is deducted due to an incorrect or failed transaction,
3. please contact us within 48 hours with valid payment proof.

3. Duplicate Payment

1. In case of a duplicate payment, the full amount will be refunded after verification.
2. The refund process may take 7–10 working days.

4. Online Exam / Portal Fees

1. Exam fees and online service/portal fees are non-refundable.
