1. Admission Cancellation
- Registration Fee is non-refundable, even if the admission is cancelled.
2. Refund Rules
- No refund will be provided once the course has started.
- If a fee is deducted due to an incorrect or failed transaction,
- please contact us within 48 hours with valid payment proof.
3. Duplicate Payment
- In case of a duplicate payment, the full amount will be refunded after verification.
- The refund process may take 7–10 working days.
4. Online Exam / Portal Fees
- Exam fees and online service/portal fees are non-refundable.
